Susannah Nix is an auto-buy author for me and so when I was offered the chance to review her newest novel, Applied Electromagnetism, I jumped at the chance. This one is enemies-to-lovers, which is always a good time.
One of the things that I love most about Nix’s stories is that they are filled with smart, kick-ass heroines. Applied Electromagnetism is no different. In fact, I think Olivia might be my new favorite main character in Nix’s Chemistry Lessons series. Olivia starts off smart, but unsure of herself, but when she has a run-in with a co-worker, Adam Cortinas, she finds it within herself to stand up for herself.
Olivia turns out to be pretty feisty, and learns to trust herself more and more. And when they end up stuck on a work trip together, well….you never know how much you hate someone until you’re stuck in a Honda Fit with them, right? 😉
You don’t want to miss this addition to the Chemistry Lessons series! And if you haven’t checked out Susannah Nix’s Starstruck series, you’re missing out! Both are phenomenal. You’ll thank me, I promise.
