Episode three takes us halfway through National Geographic’s Mars, a blend of science and science fiction that spans two planets and the space between. Challenges are contrasted and compared between the future of the human race here on earth as well as the possibility of relocating to the planet next door.
There seems to be a trend happening in television the last few years and it’s starting to get to me. Reboots. They’re everywhere! First was Hawaii 5-0 which made its reappearance in 2010 and it’s just gotten worse. Networks are now even looking at past failed projects to see if they can be revived.
Beware: there be spoilers ahead. With the spoiler warning out of the way, let me dive right in. This season is starting out in a slow burn, but it doesn’t feel like it’s moving slowly. I’m honestly loving everything about it so far.
